  • Yes! Our delivery team will handle the initial setup and answer any questions you may have regarding that process. You will also be provided with written instructions for your convenience.

  • Our units come standard with a mini-split heat pump with more than enough power to handle heating, cooling, and dehumidification.

  • Our units are constructed of Structurally Insulated Panels (SIPS) that use fiberglass and foam to create a lightweight and durable sandwich. We connect these panels with a series of fiberglass extrusions, and use standard plumbing, electrical, and HVAC materials.

  • Yes! Our exterior fiberglass shell is incredibly durable, weather-resistant, and insulated for four season use. The Vika One uses R-13 insulation and is best in moderate climates. The Vika Pro uses much thicker insulation and is more suitable for extreme climates.

  • Yes! This is one of the biggest benefits of our product. Units can be relocated and reinstalled with just a forklift and a flatbed trailer.

  • United States only, but we anticipate expanding internationally in the future. 

  • The Vika units do not require permanent foundations, most relatively level and firm ground conditions will work. “Could I park an RV here?” - if the answer is yes, it’s likely good enough for the placement of your Vika units. While city water, sewer, and electrical hookups are required for the base model unit, we offer a few upgrade options for properties that are missing one or more of these utilities. We offer solutions for full off-grid operations in most cases.

  • The Vika One is not classified as an ADU or “Accessory Dwelling Unit”. ADU’s are permanent units used primarily for additional backyard space in urban areas. Our units are not permanently affixed to a foundation, and are designed to meet park-model RV standards.
